This is a good way for groups to evaluate players in game progression as they are looking for a group and to set a based opinion over a ridiculous title to determine a player's skill level or ability level. Also, it may mislead others to think that one without a good percentage of quests completed may be a lazy bum and would not be a good fit for the group they are currently organizing. But I will not sign or not sign it because other than that it is a pretty good idea...although it is of course mentioned frequently.

its a good idea, but only the quest that you can do should count. There are many quest that some are not able to do.

However there should be some logic behind it.
For example only quests that character can actually obtain should count.
Also I'm not so sure if quests in FoW, DoA or Elite missions should count (I would exclude them). Again all the quests available only during special season events should not count against this title.
The next thing is that I'm not exactly sure which quests I have already done (they are too similar and I don't remember the begining). So unless there would be option to see "completed" quests it might be quite dificult for some players.

Gameplay titles are better than "buy shit and use it" and "stand on rings with tickets" titles any day of the week.

I would love this to no end An incentive to keep doing all the non-skill quests!
Maybe Adventurer - Altruist - Hero or something?

Could even go as far as to have it like the mission/bonus titles, as in for each chapter/region.

Would love to see it, no reason not to. Even if ANet servers don't keep track of quests you've done, it shouldn't be hard to keep track of the number of quests you've yet to do, right?

We have a protector and a map title why not a questing title.
It would actually be an incentive to do all those quests ive been neglecting to do.
It also should only before quest accessible to all chars eg. both noob islands and pre-sear quest should not count towards it (So its attainable for all chars)

I managed to complete every available quest in Factions with my ranger and there being no title for it does suck a bit.

All non-repeteable quests should count.
Those that can be only made once and stay in you quest log even after you leave the area.
Much more people would try quests like Titan ones with this.

I have done every single secondary quest. I would love to have something small in return for that I love questing.
Also this could bring more people to do more PvE quests, since not many people do them >_<

I always thought it was a shame that people seemed to skp past quests; a lot of dev work going to waste.
Plus there's many hidden quests people may not even know about ("Wisdom of the Druids", only accessible by kneeling at Dwayna at Druids overlook, Infantryman Hareh's quests only accessible by knocking a bridge over in Sulphurous Wastes, etc)
I'm not even much of a quest fan, but still, I think this is a good idea.
