I would love a title related to quests as they are what I consider to be one of the most fun parts of the game.
I would pick some more original names for the higher levels though >>

This should be possible, because it already knows if you've completed a quest or not (the exception being repeatable ones). So it can be retroactive.
Possible issues: quests for a specific class. Probably would be like skill hunter where you would have to change your secondary and go back doing Van the Warrior, Artemis the Ranger etc.

There definitely should be a title for questing! In fact I was rather disappointed when titles were introduced and there wasn't one.
