A few possible solutions with some better than others.

1. A warning for the weapons that are known to clip.
2. Leave DWG or buff it to crush armbrace prices to the ground.
3. Add a NPC or allow the current NPC's to exchange weapons for armbraces.
4. Allow another option for attaining the weapons to make them cheap, which would make grief not quite as bad.

Or someone can actually fix the clipping. Items for gaining junk weapons shouldn't be worth more than a single ecto.

The Tormented Focus is the only Tormented "weapon" that has a clipping issue, which is clearly documented, and as I recall, this hasn't been changed ever since its conception. Seems like you're only complaining now because you have one and you don't like it.

What makes you think that the clipping issue is going to get fixed now?

Assassin Ancient armor probably clips on everything that isn't daggers.

Lol what don't those assassin spikes clip with? Of course it clips with a tormented shield.

Ok, so, you basically want high-end weapons to be easier to come by...
They're called high-end for a reason. They're not meant for everybody to have one, you're supposed to work hard to get a weapon like that.

1. Guild Wars Wiki, tough thing to find (try google), will show and give information on that sort of thing, try reading it.
2. DWG has crushed the prices of armbraces, you could sell for 35e a month ago and now they are around 25-28e, quit QQing.
3. You want Anet to add a NPC that trades weapons back to armbraces because you fail?

Overall, yeah, you just fail.

wow... i had problems even reading this thread but here it goes....

1.seems really random and out of place here.. it like the choice teachers give you in the "which doesnt bleong here" type question. and im preety sure clip issues are on wiki.
2. been threads on this. take a look.. DwG is the new SF.
3.i have no idea how that would help or hurt armbrace prices or torm weps....

Not surprising for someone from the ToA alliance. What does failing have to do with anything? Maybe you can actually give some real feedback instead of blindly boosting your ego. I'm perfectly aware of the wiki sites, but that's no excuse.

As for this thread, I hope you're kidding. I'm not sure how long you've been around, but the destroyer weapons were also supposed to be high-end weapons, and they now sell for( feel free to correct) 15-25k. You're suggestions intend to make what should be a high-end weapon( and that's changing very quickly) into a normal skin. I don't like it. I don't like it one bit. There are few things people with cash can do with their money, and those of us who like taking pride in our work need something to spend our money on.

ps, QQ on you're clipping. If you cared about the item at all, you would have done a little research on it first. Just in case you also are after buying this, a chaos axe dyes funny, so don't spend all you cash on dyes.

I was kidding, talking about the fact that even though the chaos axe dyes weird, that can ALSO be found on wiki, along with the aforementioned clipping issue.
