Shining Blade Camp as an Outpost
If possible coding and WiK quests and Dialogues wise.
I am to lazy to keep walking there from ToA, so the Shining Blade Camp being an Outpost would be very nice
And the location would be nice for another Outpost.

Run, don't walk. You can take derv or sin skills to rush there without fighting.

I recall they already suggested it as soon as the camp was created.
It would require too much work and anyway its only purpose is being a setting for dialogues (and not even many) so how could this happen if it was an outpost? And also it wouldn't make sense since that way the ones who don't have access to WiK content could see it...and get confused I think.

You don't even need to run from ToA each time. Try zoning in and out of the portal just to the east of the camp to trigger each dialog. As long as you've done all the stuff in other places (the trial, Thackery/Gwen saga, etc.) it will save a lot of time.

They should just leave the camp as is and make all the dialogues account-wide based, so that we don't have to grind the dialogoes on every character. Characters that did not complete EOTN or Tyria simply won't be able to talk to LA guard to enter Salma's area.

Funny enough i disagree with the non wik seeing it - Doa outpost doesnt show untill you speak to npc in chantry and travel there and on non doa map players its a blank spot ( nf players would know what i mean ).
As For it being a new outpost - would be gd as its nearest outposts are few and far.Maybe have it after you seen the last dialog it opens for that player.
Remember that unless all team members have wik enabled peacekeepers wont show and map will load standard map up - also a gd way to ensure SB outpost is wik members only.
Its actually a shame - imagine this .... SB camp could host some sb hench which all they need do is use the skins from the SB helpers you get normally and same skill sets sort of.Infact i reckon if anet did that quite a lot of Wik players would be a bit happier.

I feel like starting from Fisherman's Haven is a bit of a shorter trip, but maybe that's just me. Either way, I don't really think sticking an outpost in every single semi-important hub area is necessary. It would seem that the main collectors and quest givers are now found in the LA Keep anyways, which is attached to a port city.

agree with the OP (i'm lazy XD ) it's not JUST the SB camp, the recent quest is pretty tedious as well, close to the early ascalonian missions. don't mind if they don't change it just wish they'd keep steering away from the tedious=longevity.

You only need to go to the camp once, and then just zone back and forth in the nearby portal (Tears of the Fallen, I believe) to get all the dialogs. Just do Zinn's Trial first. You'd need to run there once anyway to "unlock" the outpost, so making an outpost there really won't save you terribly much time.
Besides, the camp is in a different state for different people, so making it an outpost simply wouldn't work, since many people would need to be in the same instance.

What happend when WIK is over? The Shining Blade won't need to hide anymore as Mantle will be none existent. And also, the people in the camp change as each individual character progresses in the story line, so it won't work unless it is made available afterwards, like Doomlore Shrine. But, after then, its useless to me, as all the quests and rewards can be recieved from Lions Arch keep.

Then make gates or something to make sure people that don't meet the requirements don't get it. Not hard.

This is the same problem than in your topic about the "too high" difficulty in twin serpent lakes, and the fact you don't like prophecies.
If you're too lazy to play, don't play. Running from ToA to camp takes around 2 minutes.

About the idea for account-wide dialogues : /signed , even if it's too late for me.

I really don't feel like jumping through all those hoops with every character...
