Dye Limitations.
I think being limited to only being allowed to use one dye color without mixing is irritating. Most would probably agree that on some sets two of the same dye can make some good changes to the color. More often than not something as simple as two of the same color looks great.
I also limits what colors we can actually use.
So to the point, Just suggesting the the restriction of "All dyes cannot be the same color" be removed in favor of more flexibility and variety.
Thanks for reading. :P

I think what the OP is referring to is how we can't use more than one of the same dye color to dye a piece of armor. Not mixing colors.
Red + Red + Red + Red
Black + Black
White + White + White
I agree it's annoying, since some colors become more vibrant/deep when you put more than one of the same dye in the window. Red + Red is a much prettier than plain Red, imo.
I don't know of any technical limitations, but I'm no expert. I don't see why not.

If I'm not mistaken, it's just an RGB system from 0-255. Technically a GM could manually color a piece of armor any color they want by punching in a few numbers.

^this. while i appreciate the OP's idea, they can't change the color palette of the game at this point.

I just wish when they started...all of the base armor color was the same. So when you died something red (Istani or something), and got new armor (Elite Canthan or something, and dyed it as well), it would be the same color.
I do appreciate the ability to preview the dye now though.

Not a bad idea.
I've wanted to use several of the same color just to get a more bolder/vibrant color that is not able to get by just using one.

I'd rather get the dye system fixed so it no longer makes weird colors when you use more than 1 dye, but this would be better than nothing.

I would like a single dye which opens up a panel (color picker) containing all the colors that you would be able to chose from.
The downside is for people who stockpiled previous dyes.
