I made a thread like this, got answer that Area net said it was to dificoult.
But what is so dificould whit releasing a patch what gives you a file whit the background?
They got 3 different thems on this forum, it isnt much harder having 5 thems.

Because its more then a background file. Our chars actually sat around the campfire in the original, back when there were only 4 char slots max. It doesn't work when you start adding more and more slots. And thus it would need to be recoded/reworked.

Get the couple programmers/artists that made the eotn background, use thesame kinda engine, just redesign some textures, make a whole bunch of people happy.

i'm tired of the EotN log-in music and bkg - would really love to have my old Nightfalls login back. Or any of them for that matter. A simple check-box at the bottom from the four episodes would be fab.

Many people would love this... although it's at the bottom of the list...
I also miss the different login and screen selection themes.

I can hear them since I have DirectSong, but I'd love to enter the game or leave to the logout screen and randomly have them back.

Idk why they can't do it. Just make it re-released with the option of more character slots. If they can change RoJ, they can change this. xD

I had totally forgotten they used to line up and run towards the screen when you selected them. So funny.

Anyway, I'm all for this idea.
