Another elite mesmer skill: ethereal balance - works just like Grenth's balance, but then for energy instead of hp. Oh, and it can be cast on friends as well as foes.

If There is something that I would like Anet to include is mesmer spells that give energy to other allies and not to just the mesmer after all in the book it says "Mesmer steal evergy from their enemies for the better of themselves or their allies" So I think they need to make 1 or 2 skills that can transfer energy from mesmers to allies or from enemies to allies. Some Ideas I have for this would be:

Transfer energy
Inspiration
Cost: 5 energy
Loss 3-9 energy target other ally gains the amount you lost.

Energy Rain
Inspiration
Cost: 15 energy
For 3-10 seconds allies in the area gain 1-2 energy per second.

Arcane theif's present
Inspiration
Nearest Enemy loss 1-5 energy target other ally gains 2 points of energy for each point lost

Also mybe include a few Soul Reaping skills to make the collecter's focus actually good
Like....

Swallow Souls
Soul Reaping
For 30 sec whenever a creature dies you gain 30-100 health and corpse is immeadately used.

By the way if Anet is actually looking at this you guys are doing a great job with Guild Wars

Norseman's Fury (Elite Warrior stance) (Axe Mastery)

adrenaline: 5-7 cast: 1 recharge: 45

For 5-15 secs you throw axes at nearby foes which deal 50%-125% of attack damage. While you have Norseman's Fury, your movement is increased by 10% and take 10% less damage from all sources. When Norseman's Fury ends, you lose all adrenaline.


I've been thinking about a axe throwing skill for a long time so finally I'm pinning it on a forum. I think this skill would look tite on a dwarf.

Mind Game mesmer domination {E}
cast time 1 sec energy 15 recharge 5 secs
For 2-8 secs u and ur opponent switch attributes. Their elite is switched for this.

Holy Fury monk smiting
cast time 1 sec energy 30 recharge 30 secs
all foes near u are knocked for 2-5 secs and are struck for 100-200 dmg. this skill wont work unless u have healing of 9 or prot of 9.

that should get u warriors killing healing monks or port monks

When ever you attack a target, the target losses all life and gets a -60% DP if killed in this way.

that's just funny not very serious there.

Cursed Touch (no attribute necro)
5 e 10 sec recharge 1/2 cast time
transfer one hex and remaining duration to touched foe.


Wall of Stone (earth attribute)
15 energy 2 sec cast time 20 sec recharge
A great wall of stone putruded from ground before you in the direction you are facing lasting for 5...18 seconds.

Each foe in ward range see server messages of their team spamming abuse and leaving the game.

Ego - 10e 1/4s 30s - Domination Hex
Target foe and one other random guild member of targets guild have random abusive messages sent to each other via whisper, and are kicked from their current guild.

Signet of Ridiculous - 0e 1/4s 1s - No Attribute Signet
Spirit range AOE effect that randomly swaps members of enemy and ally teams.

Noob Magnet - 10e 0s 60s - Tactics Stance
All W/Mo's are set to attack you while any instance of mending and healing hands are replaced with heal area on their skill bar.

Screwed - 15e 3s 30s - Curses Hex
Target ghostly hero stands in place and proceeds to knock itself down every 3 seconds for 10-30 seconds.

Bugged {E} - 10e 2s 15s - Air Hex
For 9...21 seconds, the next time target foe is struck for lightning damage, that foe and all adjacent foes are knocked down, and you lose 14...7 energy. All foes affected also have random abuse spammed in all chat under their name. This hex remains for the full duration regardless of your energy level.

Bored - 20e 4hrs 12hrs - Curses Enchantment
Target Self Only enchantment that causes you to post stupid jokes on a random fansite at 5 O'Clock in the morning.

alright i have had a skill idea for a while but never said it as i had to finish planning it out....

Necromancer

Sacrifice

energy cost: n/a

recharge: only once per mission/area

casting time:instant

no attribute

sacrifice your life to deal 400 damage to all foes attacking your team. you can only be resed by a monk. all minions bound to you explode causing 50 damage to all nearby foes and poisoning them for 9 seconds

very handy as long as your not he last person standing.... and you have a monk on your team

All anminals within x area, including pets, are called to defend you for 30 seconds. If you send a pet to attack its owner this skill ends and your pet skills are disabled for 15 seconds. Any other skills effecting pets will spam to include each pet that is defending you.

Just an idea ... you get the picture.
