WE WANT DAGGERS FR RANGER just like in most of the rest of the MMRPGS like lineage ,, healbreath ... diablo .. ect ect i mean ... watrs have 3 wpn choices .... rangers should have at least 2 ... i really think rangers should have an expertise weapown called "knife" or "dagger" with a max dramnage around 15 (that would be pretty fair) but with an amazing speed ... sumthing like 2Xsword and with a 5-15% chance to interupt spells and skills ..... that would be AWSOMEEE (also we would need sumthing like a speed bonus .... sumthing like +5%speed while wialding it)

I dont know if anybody posted a skill like the following:
Necro-blood OR mesmer-illusion
SWITCH
COST:20 energy
CASTING TIME:1 sec.
RECHARGE:5 sec.
Replace a hex you are suffering with one random enchantment of target foe (remaining durations of both the hex and the enchantment are replaced too, if enchantment requires -1 energy regen enchantment lasts for 30 sec's).

Necro-blood OR mesmer-illusion
REPLACE {E}
COST:25 energy
CASTING TIME:3 sec.
RECHARGE:20 sec.
Replace all hexes you are suffering with all of target foes enchantments (remaining durations of both hexes/enchantments are replaced too, if enchantment(s) require -1 energy regen that is replaced too)

Necro-soul reaping
NECROTIC THIEVERY{E}
COST:15 energy
CASTING TIME:1 second
RECHARGE:10 seconds
Steal 1-3 energy and 10-100 health from nearby foes

Necro-Death
RAISE THE DEAD {E}
COST:10 energy
CASTING TIME:4 seconds
RECHARGE:60 seconds
Raise all nearby dead allies level 5-20 with all skills as if they were alive. They follow you around like minions and have the same health degen. as minions. They use skills on their own, they attack the same target as you. This skill is easily interupted with death magic <4, you lose all energy if this spell succeeds, raised allies can be rezed.

Ranger-Expertise
Windrunner {E}
Cost15 energy
Casting0
Recharge20
For 3-20 seconds you move 10-90% faster and have 20-75% chance to evade any attack. When this skills ends you suffer from weakness for 20-5 seconds.

Necro-Death

Animate Blood Golem.
En: 30
Cast: 5
Recharge: 60

Animate a lvl x blood golem from target corpse. Well of suffering is created at corpse location that effects ALL enemies and allies in location for 5 seconds. The well starts when you start to cast the spell and ends when the golem is raised. Blood golem eats corpses to regain health. Half the damage done to you is done to it and visa versa. When blood golem dies you lose half your maximum health. Rotting rate is half other undead.

Just was looking for a undead ally that could survive longer.

MONK-PROTECTION

CAST: 1 sec
RECHARGE: 10 sec
For 3-10 seconds target ally has +40 armor and moves 33% faster.

MESMER-FAST CASTING
FAST CASTER{E}
COST: 10 energy
CAST: 3sec
RECHARGE: 30sec
For the next 5-20 sec your casting time for all skills is reduced by 1-3 secs and recharge is reduced by 1-10 secs.

ELEMENTALIST-ENERGY STORAGE
ETHER KING{E}
COST: 20energy
CAST: 3 sec
RECHARGE: 60 sec
For the next 30-60sec your energy is increased by 10-70%. This spell is easily interupted.

Resurrection Feast (Necro Soul Reaping) {E}
Energy Cost 5 Cast Time 1 Recharge 60

Elite Enchantment Spell. For 25-60 seconds, whenever any creature in the area is resurrected, you gain 1-15 energy.

Ranger:

Unfavourable Winds. (ritual)

5 energy, 5 seconds cast, 45 seconds recharge. Description: Any ranger in the area of effect who does not interupt a skill whilst mindlessly spamming an interupt bow attack suffers from weakness for 5 seconds and the interupt skill he was using recharges 25% slower.

Necro:

Pet Cemetery. (spell)

15 energy, .25 second cast, 30 seconds recharge. Desciption: All bodies of dead pets (allied and foe) are removed from the battlefield.

Dispatch Notice. (hex spell)

15 energy, 2 seconds cast, 60 seconds recharge. Desciption: If target foe dies in the next 10 seconds, he cannot be ressurected for 30 seconds.

Warrior:

I am not a noob I am a warrior! (shout)

5 energy, Immediate activation, 60 seconds recharge. Description: For the next 30 seconds you move 25% faster and attack 25% faster but your mending falls off and all your paladin skills (healing hands, healing breeze etc) and defensive stances are disabled for 45 seconds.

I'm surprised nobody mentioned some of these skills. Some might need better names:
Elementalist
{E}Hurricane (water or air spell)
Mana Cost: 25 with exhaustion
Recharge Time: 30 seconds
Casting Time: 2 seconds
Effects: Creates a hurricane at target area that deals 20-80 cold damage. Attacking creatures hit by this are knocked down, all units hit (allies and foes) by Hurricane are slowed down 5-30% for 2-10 seconds.

Tornado(air or earth spell)
Mana Cost: 15 with exhaustion
Recharge Time: 15
Casting Time: 2
Effects: A tornado moves from your character to target foe, dealing 15-70 earth damage. All creatures in it's path are also affected. The tornado creates a dust cloud in it's wake, blinding anyone (allies and enemies) for 3 seconds.

Drown(water hex)
Mana Cost: 15
Recharge Time: 30
Casting Time: 1/4
Effects: Target creature is interrupted and cannot cast spells or shout for 1-8 seconds. Deals 2-30 damage.

Mesmer
Uncertainty(domination hex)
Mana Cost: 10
Recharge Time: 60
Casting Time: 1/2
Effects: Target creature is hexed with Uncertainty, and takes 50%-100% longer to attack and cast spells for 5-20 seconds.

Dying Illusion(illusion enchantment)
Mana Cost:10
Recharge Time:60
Casting Time: 3
Effects: Target allie's health is reduced to 10% of their max hp, cannot fall under 1 hp, and cannot be healed. If that allie's health falls under 5% of their max hp, Dying Illusion ends and his/her health is restored to 95% of their max hp. 50% chance of failure with Illusion magic at 7 or less.

Illusionary Wall(illusion spell)
Mana Cost: 25
Recharge Time: 60
Casting Time: 3
Effects: Creates a wall with 25-300 hp that cannot be passed by allies or enemies. AoE spells do not affect the wall, however it can be destroyed by allies and foes alike. The wall should have a large area, enough so you can use it to strategically corner someone.

{E}Death Timer(domination hex)
[B]Mana Cost: 25
Recharge Time: 60
Casting Time: 4
Effects: After 30 seconds, target foe's health is halved and his energy is reduced to 0. If ended prematurely, he/she loses half his energy instead. 100% chance of failure with Domination magic at 10 or less. (The hex icon shown would be a timer counting down from 30)

Mimic Timer(illusion hex)
Mana Cost: 5
Recharge Time: 5
Casting Time: 1/4
Effects: Target foe is hexed for 30 seconds. If this hex is removed or ends before 30 seconds, that foe loses 25% of his/her current health and 50% of his/her current energy. The hex icon shown would look exactly like the hex icon from Death Timer.

Monk
Angelic Wings(divine favor enchantment)
Mana Cost: 10 with exhaustion
Recharge Time: 45
Casting Time: 1
Effects: Target allie's attacking and walking speed is increased by 33% for 3-18 seconds.

Warrior
{E}Reflex(sword skill)
[B]Mana Cost: 10
Recharge Time: 10
Casting Time: 1/4
Effects: For the next 5-10 seconds, then next time you're attacked, the attacker is knocked down and suffers bleeding for 3-20 seconds.

Throw Weapon(no attribute)
Mana Cost: 0
Recharge Time: 0
Casting Time: instant
Effects: Throw your weapon at target foe (this attack cannot be dodged, blocked, or evaded). This attack deals 20 additional damage to your normal physical attack, and causes bleeding and deep wound on the target for 15 seconds. 75% chance of recovering your weapon if your target is killed after 15 seconds, 100% chance if killed before that.

That's about it I don't really feel like wasting my time coming up with more at the moment.

RANGER-Wilderness Survival
Ice Bow (preperation)
Cost:15 energy

Recharge:30
For 24 sec your arrows do +10...30dmg to fire based enemies.

lose all hp, party members are healed for 50-200hp, nearby dead allies are resurrected with 35%-50% hp and 50%-85% energy. u do not gain dp in this form.

Ward Against Damage Ele- earth
casting time 2 secs recharge time 15 secs energy 15
create a ward for 5-14. all allies in it gain health reg 3-7. allies are slowed by 50%-30%.

Illusion of death Mesmer- illusion
casting time 2 secs recharge time 30 secs energy 15
enchantment spell. this spell last for 10-25 secs. when killed while holding this spell, u are ressurected after 5 secs with 25%-60% hp and 35%-85% enregy.

Default Ele pyromaniac skill idea

Just an idea that popped up for a cool ele fire spell:

Combustion:
1 energy upkeep, 15 mana to cast, 1/4 second casting time, 60 second recharge

Description: deal 10...60 damage to adjacent foes and set self and all adjacent foes on fire. While the spell lasts any foe touched will also be set on fire. You suffer one energy degen for every enemy so burning.



Might need some tweaking to balance it properly, but it'd be an awesome skill to use

The Next spell target foe uses hits itself for (30...235) damage and that spell is disabled for an additional (8...37) seconds and you lose (3...15) energy. This is an Elite Skill.

Wow, a combination backfire, diversion and guilt/shame with twice the damage! What will you balance fiends think of next - that evens the playing field so well!

Why not an actual mesmer-like effect, simulating confusion.

Confuse (Illusion)
Permute the 3..6 skills on target player's skillbar for 10..30 seconds.

This would nail folks who just pound 1,2,3,1,2,3. They might not even know what icon is what.

That's so evil I like it!

I'd like to see a simple Trip spell, probably Mesmer Illusion... if target is moving at the time of casting, target falls taking .5 - 2 seconds to get up.

PS: MSecorsky, I'd like that too. Illussion of Agility perhaps a good name?

Illusion of Agility... heh heh, I like it. It would be funny to see a warrior use Enkido's Rage while charging at you so you pop him with Illusion of Agility.

Haha, it would indeed! So annoying for me to be finally using my self-invented skill on a squishy mesmer and then get bloody tripped by HIS self-invented skill!
