Enemy skill remakes
okay today I was doing the ZV and noticed the Am fah (or however there spelt) were really easy to kill compared to the jade brotherhood (which is still easy). I was thinking Anet should revise some enemies builds as they are just meatbags now. Any ideas for skill changes, as I don’t have any, would be great and any enemies that really need a revision would also be good to point out.

Even though I do want the game to be harder there will always be some enemies who are weak and some who are strong. Variety is what makes this game interesting. You can be steam rolling through enemies then you hit a group that just wipes you off the face of the earth. Yea it sucks but hey, it was entertaining.

The game has to appeal to everybody the skilled and the unskilled, if you make it harder what about the new players and isn't this what hard mode is for.
What there should be is a number of difficulty levels so everyone is challenged, until that time comes those who find it easy will have to handicap themselves.

You need to understand ( im assuming your a new player - if not soz and ignore ) that all foes share our pve skills and only a few have their own "monster skills".
So at times some foes are either weakened ( certain skill nerfs ) or get harder ( new buffs ) - a gd example is when i decided to visit the whisps in battle depths hm - i never accounted for derv skill changes and found out they now have interupt skills when it was too late and my 330rt was having probs and dying lol.
Having a few extra modes sounds nice but doing that wont change much tbh as some farms would become insane and certain farming builds will be lol`ing - eg 55 monk and undead at bergen.
HM is fine with the faster movement/attack as it is and id hate to see a team against say 40% movement/attack - the monks will be crying.
Some foes will always be easier than others and thats down to their preset bars - if anything was to be changed id suggest doing a "war in kryta" job on their bars - instead of having 1 preset build give the foes 2 builds and 1 is randomly chosen to be used.Thats what made WIK enjoyable for me as both builds for foes means you dont know which you`ll get and that means you cant really be prepared.

The problem isn't about making mobs harder but about nerfing some too OP skills ...
Basically , if whole game was turned into harder mode , it would just promote more people using discordways , sf eles, shadow form , etc.....( assuming 90% of players left play only for the reward)

I agree. Give enemies better builds, more counters and more synergy with the caster/melee side of a mob.

Rahavan, noticed the same thing doing Nahpui Quarter vanquish. My reaction was different.
It is good to have some groups that are a bit of a challenge and other groups that go down quickly. On the whole the current mob difficulty in hard mode seems good to me.
Keeping in mind also that there are still new players coming into the game and returning players trying to get up to speed. Something for everyone.

Make the change Hard Mode exclusive. Sorts out the newbie issue and makes HM what it should be; challenging.

Your idea is fine, but if you don't have any specifics for us to work off of, then there likely won't be any meaningful discussion.
