snowball-skill consumable
i thought about it a long time, and wished this to happen all the time
its easy, GW has the system to change builds into snowball builds
why not let us have a consumable which gives us that until we leave the area?
its not overpowered and just for fun, so its no bad at all, and people can play around with it as much as they want
sure, its not a big change, but may add some more fun to the game
just let us do some quests about learning how to use the skills, but not an explaination, but more like GW has with some quests, just bring some items to another npc and such, and then get the consumable as reward
make it repeatable, so people can enjoy it the whole year, without having to wait, and some may even learn about them well, so they join the PvP snowball battles prepared
its not only fun (thats an opinion, but i bet lots of people like it), its also nice to learn how to use those builds for those who wanted to join the snowball arena's and maybe didnt understand it well, or never played it
just let the dwayna/grentch versions be random, and add the primary prof skill like always

i'd like to see more fun to GW before either GW2 comes out, or even more people leave the game
as for me personally, i'd like to play GW, but being alone it gets boring after an hour or so, so this could make me play around more, and maybe farm for nicholas
then a sidenote: let the quests be, of course, in the icy parts of GW, like proph and eotn
i hope people enjoy this idea, and maybe it'll come someday
also, i hope i searched well enough, because i didnt find a suggestion like this with search and in that list of "already made suggestions"
if i missed it, i'm sorry for that
EDIT: 1 more idea:
it could also be a pve-only skill which gives you that build for like an hour or so

I actually like this, an pcon that either gives you one random skill to your skill bar(sort of when you have a full skill bar and get another skill)
or a completly new build.
problem is that if one skills is op (lets say you can have holliday blues) SC-people will abuse the pcon to get,said skill, and finish their areas faster.

I would enjoy some sort of skill like ursan that gives this full bar change to the snowball skill. It would have to be an elite skill to limit its usefulness in anything other than general pve

Meh, the PvE scene's already broken with PvE skills allowing combos that you just can't do without them, so why not
Maybe we can have something like "missions" where different festival skills are active all-year round (using quests in the normal instances of explorable areas would just wreak havoc on stuff like War in Kryta). The issue I can see however is it may enlarge the GW.DAT file to have all that festival stuff persistent year-round.
The speadclear groups are going to use whatever tools they have, but I'm not a SC person so I'm not sure what effects it would have. For general PvE I'm sure the Halloween bar will break the EoTN tours / Desert tours / outpost running market!

thats a matter of opinion, but this could be either a consumable or pve only skill
maybe an elite one so that there cant be abused as much
btw, about the primary skill part, they could take away that 1 skill, to avoid abusing the necro one or something, or give that skill another version
but i doubt people could abuse much about it at all, HM kills 4 player teams with snowball skills
note: this one is for fun, not to have titles (like most other consumables) or get through dungeons (like ursanway did)
as for the halloween build, its kinda bad as it only has a few skills, at least the snowball build has 8 skills which can be useful, even though it'll never make through fow/uw etc or HM in general
i dont know if needed, but it could act just like in snowball quests, in other words, no energy cost, yet no primary attribute
and i could live with it if it wont allow you to attack with your weapon, as snowball can be spammed
oh, another idea just got in my head
about the primary prof skill: could be replaced with 1 of the god depended skill, so you get both of them, and no primary prof skill
so:
1. snowball
2. mega snowball
3. snow down the shirt
4. hidden rock
5. avalanche
6. yellow snow
7. ice fort
8. "mmm snowcone!"
i dont have anything against the primary prof skill, but it may be abused, so this is an idea that if its bad, it could be like this instead
i'd love to see it, probably next year if they would do, maybe on their next anniversary
anyway, i hope for more opinions on this

I woulden't like this in towns because sure, 99% of the time it would be fun.
But when your trading,or maybe just running around, you dont wanna get killed by some random guy.
Every PvE area, the dmg is fine, make it last 30 min like the conset...

Dont get me wrong, I actually like this idea but we don't need more damage to the game through cons. Speed clearers would abuse it in someway.

it's not very powerful, but fun to have, imo
in towns would be funny too, but they would have to do more work as we cannot use skills in towns right now
@Swingline: as i said in this post "it's not very powerful" and earlier said

in other words, you get the list i gave you, instead of the primary snowball skills, which necro's may be able to abuse
if they would give us this and dont mind about the primary snowball skills, then we could get the god depended skill randomly, so either get dwayna's or grenth's skill
@Olle: if they disable the damage, it wont hurt anyone (unless roleplaying )
