Un-nerf Ash Blast
It's been months after the elementalist update. Ash Blast is still useless.
A conditional Blurred Vision with a condition that can't be met in the same line, nor with any skills that approach any degree of usefulness. Earth already has knock downs to not need blind and the requirement for the skill isn't something people look for in their bar unless it's otherwise includes something good regardless of burning. Saw someone using it for first time in a long time. An earth build without any blind. Poor player didn't know of its nerf.
