I believe last time I checked, Guild Names will be preserved from the Beta Weekend Events into the release version of Guild Wars. No need for a petition, we got ya covered.

And about guild leaders getting inactive and just leave the game without giving leader status to someone else. My whole guild got inactive last BWE except me, and I was a member, but I got the status guild leader after a few hours.

How does that work then Gaile? Are the guilds still going to be inplace or is the name just reserved for the person who created the guild before?

if the characters you make are saved and she just said the guilds wont be wiped i am ASSUMING that the character/guild relation would be kept as well

on the other hand it would be easy for the guild members to get back into their respective guilds
