New skills in expansions yes, but new skills by retail, maybe. My guess is that if they are to include any more new skills before retail, it'll be to bolster currently lacking skill lines (I'm looking at you, Soul Reaping).

The translation isn't perfect since Swedish is my third language but the point remains. So those skills might have been on planning desk but then scrapped.

I'm happy to see those skills could get entered in your knowledge base.

Also, I think the new Pet Attack skills replaced some other ones so the total would still be reasonably in line with the other professions, but I can't tell for sure, and to look it up to definitely confirm it now would involve checking in the alpha and I'm not sure that's allowed by the NDA. It'll be clear in a week though, when all pre-orderers can play in the BWE anyway.
