Does anyone know how worlds affect what guilds you can join, if at all? Could I, for instance, invite someone in the European world to join my guild if I'm a U.S. player?

when you choose a world and want to change it, you can do so in the Options tab.

There's no limits on who you can invite to your guild. You can have people from America, Europe and Korea all in the one guild. The only issue you'll face is that you'll have to meet in international districts to party up, which is only a problem if you don't have the required number of people online at once.

You're limited to doing that 5 times though.

For PVE there now a few NPCs that offer Skills for Quest rewards so far I seen them in Yak's Bend, Old Ascalon, Saradelc Sanatarium, And Piken Square. Don't think I seen them anywhere else.

The implication of this however is that a guild spread over several 'worlds' cannot venture into the Temple of Ages missions together; the 'International' segment never wins the favour of the Gods naturally so the statues are always closed in the International District. To get the full PvP/PvE experience as a guild, you'll need to be in the same world, regardless of your actual location.

I can confirm that the Fame is account-based. I deleted my only character with fame, and his fame was still present among my other characters, making them rank 2 as well.
You also forgot to mention GvG death, where if you get a 60% death penalty you are no longer rezzed by the priest and must be rezzed by someone else or have your penalty go down.

That's not a new thing, though. "DPing" teams has been a way of winning in GvG for months now, although I can't recall when it was first introduced. It's been in place for a long time as a way of keeping matches from going on forever.

did anyone notice that your npcs protecting the guild lord run out of their base at 45 mins into the middle of the map?
they also cast some sort of natural ritual where you do 25% more dmg but have 25% less health. perhaps not natural...mebe a shout... we were all too shocked too see it happen...plus we were playing blood eagle and we were in a big seesaw game.

Our skill pages should be all updated now thanks to THX. Let us know if you find something that's not right.

Spammable knockdown skills - like Gale - attract exhaustion, it's just a fact of life. That wasn't a new change, though, I think it's been in place since the Scandanavian BWE. Of course, it wasn't up in our skill listings but now it is.

I noticed this time around that you didn't have to click on corpses for Necromacers to exploit them. The nearest corpse was automatically targeted instead when a skill was used.

Shatter delusions was buffed in damage, but only removes a single hex on the opponent, rather than all of them. I hate it now =\

The trade system is lame. I think they should do what I hear that World of Warcraft does....have an auction house or auction city. Where everyone can see the item and it can be checked out before purchasing. That would be alot better than having all these people yelling all these different stats and items constantly and people spamming things over and over.

The vault storage is 20 slots of storage total.
The armor you are speaking of for the ranger?... I made a report in bug thread and in game. (stupid of me not to have taken a pic of it though)
+Rawhide
AL : 70+30elemental
En : +12/+1 (+8 chest +2 legs +1 hands/feet)
You are speaking of the druid's armor I believe? The crafter's I dealt with labeled the Druid's vest (wood planks resource cost was giveaway) as "Rawhide Vest" (no druid prefixation..but had the +8 Energy gain) and also labeled the regular rawhide vest the same, except that it only had +6 energy on the vest.(again the giveaway in which was which was the resources required to build it...Only the Druid requires wood for set)
the rest of the Druid's set was prefix labeled as druids.(legs/feet/hands)
The legs were also +1/+1 regen... wearing a full druid set I had a max 31 energy for complete equiped base value.

This was my first time trying to play necro and I got very confused at first that I could not click on a corpse to select it as the target for my exploitation spell. Eventually I realised that I had to be pointing the mouse at the corpse for it to work. I think that is a very bad design when everything else in the game is click to select. I don't think of the mouse as my focus unless I actually click.

I was using Shock during the April event and it did not have exaustion effect tied to the skill.
It was 5 en 3/4 sec cast 10 sec recharge with 10-50 damage. 25% AP
Did they change it after the event was over?
