Quick question i need answered before launch
I have got my preorder key and entered it, I have the client you can download off the official site. My question is whether or not i need to install something off my cd?

You don't have to, but it will assuredly save you quite a bit of downloading time if you do install off of the CD.

If you have the client installed already, you don't have to install anything.

Are you talking about the preorder CD or the retail CD?
Retail CD will have more files, which you could dl off the CD rather than having to dl from Anet when the game starts. Preorder CD will just have the client, so if you've already dl'ed that then the CD doesn't have any extra game files. |
