So far today, Expertise seems to no longer be reducing energy costs for non-ranger skills.

I always test when I'm at full mana.

Yesterday, as an example (with Expertise at 4):
Point Blank cost 10 but actually 8.
Conjure Phantasm cost 10 but actually 8.
Ether Feast cost 5 but actually 4.

Today (Expertise still at 4):
Point Blank cost 10 but actually 8.
Conjure Phantasm cost 10, full amount charged.
Ether Feast cost 5, full amount charged.

Bug or new change? If they released patch notes we wouldn't always be in the dark about this.

It's hard to notice because at low ranks expertise doesnt have a huge impact

If it was actually reducing the cost of spells yesterday, then it was a bug yesterday that's been fixed today.

It works fine with non-ranger skills, it just doesn't work on spells or any other type of skill that's not in the above list. If it was working with Conjure Phantasm and Ether Feast, that was definately a bug.

Ah I see...I thought for Guild Wars skill and spell were interchangable. Yes yesterday it was in fact working for those two spells so I guess it was a nice bug to have while it lasted
