Wayword Monk?
Is this quest bugged? As soon as Mhenlo is in view, he gets swamped by several beastmasters and summit dwarves. Clearing them all out and walking to the quest spot will initiate Cynn talking to Mhenlo as if he was alive. There's no corpse, just a chest.
