Correct me If im wrong but from what I understand Anet is already banning accounts of players selling items and accounts outside the game for real money. So I wouldn't even touch the purchase of an item with a 10ft pole much less risk a ban for life. <- Trust me it can be done. I used work with an online gaming site and if they want you gone you will stay gone.
