When I play a character through PvE, I get all the skils from one class and then whatever else I can from the other....
Also, rather than buying skills, try going on quests to learn them. Use those points sparingly!

yea I did all that man, exceot for the whole only use skill points for one class for get em all for one class. But still I shoundlt have to make 6 characters and get them to the end in order to get all the skills I need.... this is supposed to be a PvP based game.... and I am the type that likes to make uniquely skilled characters...so premades arent for me...but dang oh well

Yeah, only buy skills at the end of the game, when you've already quested for them. A lot of skills you buy can be quested for around the same place or slightly later, so if you dont' absolutely need that skill right there then, you should wait. I'd say my e/m with about 300,000 exp has 90% of the skills I would want to use now or ever (I have all but 3 of the elites for both classes, and most of the skills that can be of any use except for that last 10% I need to buy from trainers). There might be 20 or so skills that I dont' have that I really dont' see I'd use at all, but I can always get those eventually if I'm really into that collect them all mindset by switching to monk secondary and mayeb farm for a couple hours per day for a couple days.
However, this is just how things are, and if you look around the forums, you'll see vehement opposition to anything that would allow easier unlocking of skills, so basically you're out of luck =(

I almost have all the skills in game for W/E and I have 642,200exp I still need over 500,000exp to finish off the rest of the skills I need. I could have cut off about 150,000exp off of that but I didn't do some of the quest. These numbers are rounding down by 1000 per lvl because I am much to lazy to get an exact amount. Hopefully after I get all the skills for a W/E I can start on a little project I thought up.

As a W/Mo (And W/ME for a while), I never really found myself ever lacking Skill Points... but then again, I wasn't trying to buy EVERY skill possible.
