I apologise if I appeared to be telling you off. I have just had some very bad experiences with very rude people (rude for absolutely no reason - they just felt like it). Go on the previous page to see. I have noticed, though, that once people mess something up a few times, they tend to get the picture and start working.

Alternatively, if you feel they are useless, you can always leave. I do accept that people who don't listen are worse than merely inexperienced people. I also understand your frustration. My real annoyance, once again, is against people who, the second they come in, and for no reason whatsoever, start insulting people simply because it makes them feel superior. I don't mind if people get angry after a scenario like this (though it would be prefarable if after a time, people could calm down).

Once again, I apologise if it seemed like I was trying to knock you.
