Elusive Skill Quests
There appears to be some skill-gaining quests that seem like they should be in the game, and possibly are, but that some people (including me) just can't seem to find no matter what they try.
Hence the creation of this thread. The skills I've had trouble finding the quests for (but that I know there are out there) are below. Feel free to add your own (or even better, give an answer on how to find one of the quests).
However, please do NOT reply if you have nothing better to say than, "But [insert skill trainer here] teaches it!", because that's besides the point. Some people, like myself, prefer to get skills through quests when possible.
Without further ado, here's the titular elusive skill quests:
Ascalon Region:
Mesmer - Phantom Pain
Warrior - Hamstring
Kryta Region:
Mesmer - Westrel's Worry
Warrior - Final Thrust

On a small side note not condemned by your post.....Do you or does anyone know if there is a quest for every skill in the game? (other than elites of course) Or are there some skills that you simply have to purchase if you want them? Thanks a ton in advance.

the latter is correct. there are some non-elite spells you can't quest for.

Hmm . . .
That's a cool site. I bookmarked it for future use. Unfortunately it doesn't have any of the aforementioned skill quests (and it is marked as being incomplete, so those aren't all there is), so there still is the elusive skill quest dilemma.
In response to Muke's question, no, you can't quest for every skill. You'll find two kinds of skill trainers out in the world.
The first teaches skills you can only get from them. They're usually in out of the way places you wouldn't be sent to because of a quest or mission, like Grendich Courthouse and Ice Tooth Cave, for example. They will usually have two skills for your primary and two skills for your secondary to teach you that you can only get from them (sometimes less, possibly sometimes more, depending on the individual trainer, but they've always had either three or four skills total to teach to me so far).
The second teaches you skills you could have learned in the last set of areas through quests. This is usually evidenced by them being somewhere easy to access (like Captain Osric in Yak's Bend), and you can also tell because they usually have a good 8-10 skills per profession to teach you (some of which you will almost certainly already have even if it's your first time visiting them, from a quest or two in the last area).
Hope this helps. Be sure to let me know if you find any of the elusive skill quests, guys.

the most complete Quest guide to skills is the PRIMA book/EGuide
I havent seen anything else that compares to it
(for listing which skills are questable)

This is not completely true. Every questable skill is available from these trainers, but not every skill they offer is questable. There have been several times where I've visited trainers in major towns only to find that they're only offering me skills for my secondary and none for my primary as a Me/Mo or maybe 1 Me skill and 2 or 3 Mo skills.
I've spent extensive time in explorable regions between Ascalon and Draknor's Forge and I can tell you that without a doubt, Phantom Pain and Wastrel's Worry are not questable. I'm the one who compiled most of the information in the link above, providing the complete listing for the quests that offer 1 skill for your primary and 1 skill for your secondary. PRIMA's book wasn't out when I compiled my list.

I get the feeling they should be questable . . . they're listed as such in the guide (which supports my theory). However, perhaps they haven't been implemented yet or are bugged, I don't know.
