My team of 7 people just killed the lich in 15 seconds! (after being on the platform)
It was like 40 seconds after the rurik sequence (casting the 2 spirits while hands get attacked cost most time).
Of course it only died ONCE (everybody that says he needs to die 3 times is an ignorant stupid liar)
Of course it killed none of us and never teleported one of us or himself.

Team:
a N/R with Winter and Greater Confligarion, Drain Life and dual exploding arrows, 3 monks, 2 warriors and one Ele.

We didnt even try to kill him as fast as possible, so i bet it can be done in 5 seconds with 8 people.

I think the end fight is too easy compared to the rest of this mission!

When I fought him just two days ago, he teleported himself once to each platform and spawned Hands of Titans. But then again, I might just be an ignorant, stupid liar.

Winter is the trick.

When I played thru it for the first time w/ my Ele, we had a ranger casting winter there, and I was using my triple meteorshower trick. Let me tell you just how easy the lich can be...

You only have to kill the Lich multiple times if he does not die on the Altar.

which is why it says "kill him on the alter" amazing that people do not read very well

I was with a team of 6 and we killed the lich...not quite as fast, but hacked him to pieces nontheless

we killed him on the bloodstone and he respawned once, so PBBBBBBBT. He was pretty easy though.

We only killed him once. Now he teleported us into the lava the first time. Then he teleported himself twice. The last time he teleported he was slow to get back to the Altar. Our group kept hammering on him while I was screaming to let him get back to the altar. He did just in time and then I added myself back into the fight. Only 4 real people left on our mission and two henches. We died a few times along the way but we were back close to our original moral level by the time we fought him. It was a good fight with only 4 people in it by then and no monk.

However, we only had to kill him once.....

The team i did it with killed him 3 times, 3 times, once, whats the difference? He dies just as quickly the 2nd and 3rd time anyway.

And it's harsh calling us stupid ignoroent liars because we didn't do the mission the same way you did.

So the game must be bugged, bloodstone area is too small (like the area, not the graphical area but the one that the game recognizes) or lag is worse than I thought.

Same here. had to kill him 3 times...and killed him each time on the altar ofcourse.
