Yes it is your fault since you're full aware of what the deal was before and you didn't honour it. However, the person who gave you the black dye was a bit naive trusting you, especially with an item of that value.

Based on current events, I'm starting to believe that GW's community is even younger than that of Diablo 2 and Counterstrike. Either that or most just like to act like they are. Seems to be the TRL of the net, gaining teenage attention seekers.

AFAIK, as long as Anet has one of your names (even deleted ones), then can still trace it. It should be in the logs. But anyways, keep back-pedaling ...
