I already do this with my monk. I find something that will chase me back to them, and then I leave the monsters to do as they wish to the annoying freeloader. With a raise spell I try to get them to 60% Death Penalty, and hopefully the monsters don't have a patrol to go back to when they're done, so they just stand around them. If I'm not too far into the mission (5-10 minutes), I'll just ask everyone to head back to town so we can be one less freeloader. If I'm not on my monk I just have to be content killing them once.
I really want an instance splitting / kick / whatever so I can get rid of them >.<

If its a guy (and most likely it will) strap them to a machine that kicks em in the groin continuously. Then...

Make sure they can hear still. Then...

I've got something much much better. If you're a monk you can use Unyielding Aura - there have been other posts about the malicious utility of this elite monk skill so I won't repeat it - you'll just have to look them up. Let's just say it's a vital part of my PUG toolkit.

This is my favourite.
That would REALLY punish those rushers/afk leechers.

Kick them out of GW with an error. Adjust their account so that regardless of what they do, it will ALWAYS boot them out of the game randomly with the same error, after between 5 and 15 minutes. That way, they'll have to try and fix the problem via troubleshooting. They'll spend days trying to figure out why Guild Wars won't work, until they finally have to quit playing because it won't work on their computer.
No torture is greater than troubleshooting. Not even the watch-your-own-dismemberment thing.

Do you watch Mythbusters? That one was on a couple nights ago.
(to stay on topic)
I would lock them in Pre-Searing with no armor, no weapons and no items and watch them slowly get defeated by river skale tads (level 0).
