That's quite the hard spot if you don't go through it slowly and carefully. Can get really ugly if someone runs in too deep and too many spiders pop out. I've gone through it a few times, it's painfully long and boring, but definitely doable.

It is actually pretty easy coming from the other side of the cave. Just do some quests down there and one of the Forgemasters Quests leads you down there. At that time the Spiders don't come in hordes but in small amounts you can easily kill.

Yeah I've made it through the cave going both ways, just take it nice and slow.

Huh that looks pretty cool, I dont do much fissure myself, but it entices me. Unfortunatley I accidently deleted my only PvE char (i let my bro and sis play, so i get 2 char. slots =/). Well just try going through more carefully I suppose.

Is it my monitor (I see my game correctly) or that screenshot has some weird colouring?

A monk using precision shot....ah the diversity.
Actually, when i get my godly gold bow for my vampiric 5:1 string, i plan on changing my build back to Mo/R.
That should be fun for fissure. The extra regen should get me a few extra shots off.
I've been through that cave on one occasion. That was a team that comprised of only one warrior, three monks, a ranger, ele, mesmer and a minion necro.
My best drop on that adventure came from the chest next to the armour guy. A purple beastmaster harness, lol.
Spiders drop naff stuff, like the rest of FoW.
I like the colours btw.

I made it pretty much to the end of that cave as part of the quest where you have to kill the giant Aloe Seed Type things for the forge master. I dont think I've ever seen so many shadowbows, my inventory was almost literally bursting with non max shadowbows and staffs by the time I left the Fissure.

this is what it looks like after killing all the spiders...
it is possible both ways, having someone with rebirth that stays back a bit is useful. I reckon its easier when doing the aloe seeds quest, facing them all in one go the other way is pretty difficult and you will likely get some DP.
