well. since most of us in our guild only play when we have 8 - which is somewhat rare on most days of the week - i will be happy to help

My guild is quite small, and we usually have 3 active people in tombs each night, where we start a group and try for the halls. We have our own teamspeak server, and website. If you would like to join us, feel free to leave a comment at the-eternal.fragw.hore.com (remove the . from w hore, the forums wont allow those dirty words).

Contact in game either Sec Under (Chiemi Eternal, Jin Eternal, Shard Eternal, Eva Eternal), Laure Aina (Korean Sakio), or Bear Rain (Ped Me).

we usually run either a spike group, a balanced group with spirits, or try off the wall group builds when we feel the need. I am thinking for running an earth elem spike group.
