That's the funniest thing in the game. Every time I make another grind character to get skill points I laugh at that. Loudly. Rangers are like "OMFG BARRAGE WTF NO CAPTURE UNTIL LIONS! *profanity*"

he is part of a mission for certain characters... I think from one of the guys outside ascalon post searing. I've had to kill him as part of a mission anyway. Was hardly any effort lol.
