Rangers shure could use some non-bow weapons or offhand items.
They could also just come up with new models for existing weapons types... which is probably what they'll have.

I want a new looking air staff...don't like the look of the current one. And Shadow Staffs don't look right either, nor Ghostly Staffs...

Rubies and Sapphires are crafting items. Can you point out any collector who collects crafting items? Collectors collect things. In the Crystal Desert for example, Minotaur Horns, Irradescent Griffon Wings, Bleach Carapaces, etc. I've yet to see a collector collecting crafting materials, and I've beaten the game, and have logged over 600 hours. That's not to say I missed the ONE collector who wants iron ingots :P. Alas, it has been said, even by the great Frog, that rubies and sapphires will have their day. Hold onto them, I'm sure you won't regret it.

Has anyone noticed the sword that the Ghostly Hero sports? I want that. I also wouldn't mind seeing the Shadowblade Sword return.

It doesn't mean the actual product but only the sound files you get to listen to, in my opinion I think they out did themselves once again on the sorrow and grenth music. Just amazing.

I'm worried about the access point being in Lornar's because you'd leave from Beacon's...and the henchmen there aren't up for a journey through the pass, let alone into the new EAs.

ARRH! I got rid of a nice dwarfslaying modded weapon that would have come in real handy there.

Hmm?
I have heard rumors that the update changes to the map in that area will nerf eary runs to Droks from Beacons. If true you you would have to go from Rankcor to get to the new area thus have to be assended to ever get there.
Which will be better as the henches in Rancor are better suited to the task plus you would have an 8 party group vs 6 from Beacons.

Um...no. Anet endorses rushing. They said it themselves.
I think they just want to force people to go in a human party without actually putting a restriction on.

Yeah wtf? It says 'Visit Direct Song for your free copy of the new tunes!' but when you get there it wants you to pay. Bah.

ok that sucks... everything is so expensive now, causing people to farm for money which in turn causes nerfs to those spots... Now for the average poor GW player... skills are going to cost a lot more now to? wtf is going on? They are making it harder and harder to make money and continue to raise the prices of everything anyway. hows that "stable?"

Woo hoo?
1. New items which will be worth insane amts of gold like the crystalline.
2. The monk staves/rods and other collector items they left out. (Finally)
3. Exp scrolls are worthless to me, so I guess I can toss all my FIC collector items.
4. Probably giving the Glint pad the purpose of teleporting to grenth's.
5. New Vendors: it doesn't specify WHAT they sell, so everyone can still assume there might be an armor crafter.

i met a chap in game who had been shown screenshots of Sorrows Furnace Armor by a Beta Tester.
i know that the frog says that he was slain, but he also says he's not sure.
and besides, being dead gets in no ones way in GW.

I believe this to be true. I love sparkly things, but I believe there will be a value for them beyond being purty.
