I mean the game said "There is a new build of Guild Wars available. Please exit and restart the game" or something, AFTER I got the main update. Did it about 2 mins ago

Yeah, that was a bit odd. THe first new build message came out and people started screaming and the towns empties. A few minutes later, Granite Citadel and Camp Rankor have at least 20 distrcits each, and then another message. A lot of dejected WTFs came up and people grudgingly quit and rejoined.
