For me the W/M is the most fun to play.

so if i couldnt solo, i would creat another charachter to farm with, but i would do any missions with my w/m.

"No real reason"?... I don't think i even need to state anything... That makes you sound dumb enough right there.

Spell Breaker has a short duration where it is active and a longer cool down time, and that doesn't stop AOE's like Cry of Frustration if an enemy decides to target an ally near you.

Nah solo monk can still solo plenty, but some areas are now... much more.. erm.. challenging.

W/Mo is the perfect all around farmer. You'll never see that one go.

It would indeed be very strange to have allies near you when farming solo

Nope. My W/Mo still farm just as well as he ever has, not a single skill I use was affected. Seems to me it was only a particular cookie-cutter build which got nerfed.

In pretty much all of PvE'dom, the W/Mo remains 'teh uber build'.

That original Spell Breaker comment wasn't necessarily directed towards solo players.

I currently have a Warrior/Necro and a Monk/War. I would solo UW on occassion with my Monk, but if you've ever done it, you know that the drops in UW absolutely suck. The only thing worthwhile is Ecto, but you're lucky if you get one or two on a trip. I don't particularly care that I can no longer do that because frankly it is boring. Soloing in the desert was uneffected IMO. Still very easy to do and provides interesting drops much more frequently.

As for W/Mo, I think they are the best damage takers in the game and was thinking of changing my secondary to Monk because many of the better weapons I've found have bonuses when enchanted. As a W/Mo you can enchant yourself without relying on others. A spell like watchful spirit requires no attribute points in order to be effective, allowing the Warrior to beef up axe, strength, and tactics. You will not see W/Mo going away in PVE.

By the way, does anyone else think it is bizarre that keys cost more than anything you will get out of the chests? Obviously you can sell to another player to make a profit, but anything sold back to the merchant will be for less than you spent for the key.

By W/M I assume you mean W/Mo instead of W/Me?
