Ceasar was killed by his own senate. Rommel was eventually defeated. Alexander comes from a country that the EU hasn't even accepted. Napoleon was defeated and exiled. NONE of their victories were absolute and none of thier vanquished paid them hommage. In fact there are stories told of massive parties and celebrations at the deaths of each of those that you listed.

For now, I think that you need to make friends with America/Korea, then use international district. I've seen alot of tombs teams meet at international simply because it's more versatile. Plus, Rome Army knows english, so it can't be that hard

Hilarious, and perfect placement. Well played.
eventhorizen, you're right that this is a strategy game, but what you are saying has almost no relevance to the game at all. You seem to be making huge generalisations all over the place. Also, the people who engineered those past military victories are all dead and as such can't really help in winning Guild Wars for Europe.

They aren't THAT godly at games.

Actually if you all know bout the World Cyber Games.. like the Games olympics, Koreans didn't win it last time =)
it used to be
1. Korea
2. America
3. France I thought.
but no no.. this year..
1. not Korea... not America.. no no wait for it.. that's right The Netherlands
2. Korea
3. America
Netherlands for who don't know.. lol.. has the main capital city called Amsterdam.. you probably know that don't you.. thought it was a country, no it's a capital.
Neways, overal, Europeans are pretty good at games, we're just.. less in quantity and to divide that into even more groups.. is just not smart.
I'd say change it back.. I didn't mind all the languages.. but yeah seeing how I'm dutch I had French, English and German back in high school so it's not really a problem to understand most things.

Imho, districts should be get back to the old system, i can't really add nothing new to this treat, but of course my "vote" to change to the old system, loved to see people from all around europe speaking all around, i've even learnt how to say FUR in the 3 main languajes , well, that's the thing, please, get back to the old system, and in some way, it might look discriminatorial, that other european players in countries with different languajes than the switched ones might feel rejected, we're all euro, plz, get the system back ya!!!

I totally agree with you. Today Europe had favor of the gods for, say, 3 hours? That's laughable. Three hours in one week and a half.

Go through Lornar's pass. That will get you into the Underworld.
I made it to the entrance with one other player from the south. He a W/Mo and I a N/Mo, so the trip is makeable. Of couse I was not about to go inside with only the two of us.
I know that this is not as easy or as fast, but the favor of the gods, as far as I can tell, has no control over the entrance I mentioned.
I am on am American server, I feel for you as I have seen empty towns here.
Anyway, I thought I would mention the other way into the underworld, since I stuck that entrance in my encyclopedia when I came across it.

I just had a random though. Instead of splitting up all the europeans, Why not just create a chat tab for each one that you can check off? People that have similar languages can group together and it keeps the game more crowded looking?

Europe wasn't weak, just communication problems
we can see that now that the languages are seperated, Europe wins more often. I live in Korea, my motherland borders the US, but I'll be playing Europe server.

Last time I checked Alexander The Great was Greek and Greece belongs to the EU.

Same question to you. German scientists invented it.

Who else invented it? Another German achievement for the most part, but of course other WWII participants also significantly influenced it.

Complex civilization still doesn't make them "the nucleus of learning, strategy, and intelligence for mankind".

The point is that everyone copies good strategies. So the point is still valid, European strategies are good.

LOL
Do you know a meaning of a word "tactics"? It's far different from "strategy". Anyway, some extremely generalized strategies were written by Sun Tzu, but that doesn't mean that every strategist just copies Sun Tzu. It just means that you don't know what the hell you're talking about.
