Found another bug (affects everyone!)
The natural health regeneration after combat is capped at 7...it used to be 10.
I tried it on my ranger and my monk with the same effect. Not sure about PvP regeneration because this was in PvE.
I noticed it while retreating from a bunch of mobs

Trust me buddy, it's always been a ten regeneration until recently...that is the maximum degen/regen rate.
Several players in-game have also confirmed this.
Spells/skills that provide a 10 regeneration still work fine but retreating from a battle to recover your health only regens at a max of 7....it needs fixing (unless of course it was a deliberate change but i can't think why they would do that).

Another result of the "Law of Unintended Consequences" perhaps? Patch one thing, and ten others break. What difference does it really make though? If it only applies to after combat regen, you aren't in danger are you? What does it matter if the regen caps at 7?

I emailed ArenaNet support to ask about the regeneration. They said that the natural regeneration isn't a bug and is "currently" set to 7.
I then asked if it was changed deliberately in the update.
They told me they have "no information" as to whether it was changed or not.
I was then referred to the updates page and told that all changes are listed there.
Same old running round in circles "block" "evade" "dodge" "miss"
Where's Gaile??

From what I remember, natural regen(just sitting there) has always been capped at 7, while skills can bump that up to 10. Eh.

Natural regen has always been capped at 7, if you ever saw your regen at 10 and thought it was natural you probably had had a healing spell cast on you without your knowledge.

Let me help you from running around much more, hp regen is not listed in changes, because it was not changed. It was 7, is 7 and their is really no reason to make it higher. Sorry to dissapoint

I can never remember the cap being anything but 7. There has been no change.

I'm still confused as to why it matters. The only time this would EVER be an issue is when you're completely out of combat in PvE... at which time your health is basically irrelevent as you aren't fighting anything.

Here's a good one for you...why wasn't pet ressurection mentioned in the update notes?

because that is the nature of update notes. They dont include everything. Last minute changes are usually omitted as well as small insignificant changes.
