I was there when Gaile first landed in dist 2 topk, I was really surprised at the number of people were actually cursing about her being level 6. I later saw her in dist 1 and she seemed to mention most of the problems that people have been having recently. As for iway.. I personally despise them because topk is so overrun by them now. Even though it is a clever build, they are very beatable with even a decent PUG.

I actually kind of like IWAY for it's "pick up and play" nature. My guild doesn't PvP, at least not in an organized sense, so IWAY is great for me to pick up a quick game in the Tombs. Yes I know that's what CA is there for, but I'm tired of CA. Not to mention that CA is unplayable right now because of Thunderclap bug abuse... but that's a more recent issue.

er... what are you talking about? The delay after firing off ANY interrupt shot works as intended... you cannot use any skill for the period of about 1.5 seconds after using Distracting Shot, Punishing Shot or Savage Shot...
So you cannot ranger spike, you can however for example use Tiger's Fury, then Dual shot THEN any Interrupting shot for semi-spike... so stop with the crap ok? Thanks
It is bugged, not only are you unable to use any skill (Which is the way it meant to be) you cannot do anything... you can't fire off normal arrows, or MOVE for that matter.
For about 2 seconds all you can do is stand there like a idiot... its bugged. So please make a Ranger and test before you post, I use one everday in GvG and I can tell you that there is a delay after using interrupt skills.

Did she mention anything about the recent lag issues that many have experienced? (Including me, I can't play GW for more that 2-3 minutes)

Where do you live/computer/internet connection?
And I believe Deep Wound was already fixed, or else guilds would be battling Deep Wound battles.

Mexico, Cable. Pentium 4. 3.00GHz, 504 Ram. Don't really think it matters since I had never had any serious lag since the update.

pfft, Dual - Quick - Savage = 4 arrows, with double orders thats 136 damage per ranger not even counting that actual arrow damage itself in a couple of seconds, rtw gives another 40 damage per ranger, and the actual arrows themselves are around another 100ish damage per ranger (prolly more than 25 each, but im being conservative).
thats over 1000 damage on the spike if its in sync, but then ofcourse there is armor to consider, so prolly only 600 damage?
yeah, i guess you cannot ranger spike afterall

Sure sure.. its ok for any other class to spike, but give the Ranger a chance to do something worthwhile and everyone start asking for the nerf bat... whiring defence, deflect arrows and ageis will put a quick stop to any Ranger Spiking.
So if you can't handle it, well that your problem Like any sort of game like this being prepared is the key to success.

So by bugged you mean working as intended? Interrupt aftercast was implemented in exactly the same way as spell aftercast, and that's exactly how it's currently functioning. If you're hoping for a fix on that, you'll be waiting a long time.

Well consider even a dev have stated there is some kind of bug involved with them... both us could be wrong, I'm going to leave it at that since till a dev steps in and says otherwise I believe its not working as intended at all, since it makes no sense that your unable to move. The skill change says:
"Added a delay after skill is used before another can be used."
Doesn't say anything about firing normal shots or moving! Till a dev says otherwise I still think its not working 100% the way it intended to.
