Ouch... that really sucks dude. Only option I can bring to the table is already here: someone cleaned you out. Leaving you with one naked character is sort of like giving a waitress a penny for a tip; its just to add insult to injury.
15 plat isn't much to most of us, but 3 characters you've probably spent countless hours on is a big deal to anyone. I feel for you bro. Take the advice in this thread, keep your comp well protected at all times. Ad-ware, spyware, antivirus, a really random PW... I know it doesn't bring your chars back, but it will keep it from happening again. |

I need to respond to this and will temporarily reopen this thread. Deviance, vBulletin heavily encrypts your passwords. None of the mods on this site, or admins even, have access to anyone's password. Period. We can reset your password and assign passwords, but I have no knowledge of what anyone's password, besides my own, is on this site.

Possible way you can lose your password, (not saying you done any of those) bad download .. get different programs for Guild Wars that actually is key logger. Maybe you share your password or account information to other people. Or the straight up reason, hacker just found a way into your system and decided to screwed up your Guild Wars account. Anyway, your password here isn't part of Guild Wars account (I hope not..) and no one here would know what it is, unless you willingly told them.

I didn't DL anything and no one to my knowledge knew my password. I have notified Anet, virus and adware scanned and remade my deleted chars and am now starting over. Thank you everyone
