If your guildmates make that post at TGH, they'll be burned to the ground probably...

It requires the same playing skill to use as a deaf, blind and armless person who smashes his nose on random keys and uses his tongue to move the mouse. 'nuff said.

Shouldn't all the crippling defeats you will face be enough to let them know that IWAY is not the WAY to go.... see what i did there?

I don't know, considering one of IWAY's weaknesses is being kited (you don't even need to put something in your skillbar for this, assuming you got condition removal and good monks, which we all have of course), and of course Ward against Foes or Melee well terribly gimp it. I mean, just remind them that relying on one class for *all* of your damage is just asking to get hosed if the other team has half a brain and/or has about 1 effective counter to warriors.

The IWAY-problem is l33t player generated:
1. They play a lot, win a lot and get lot's of rank
2. They become snobs about rank and won't accept players below rank 3
3. People below rank 3 cannot get into good groups, so they start playing the easiest team build for PUGs: IWAY.
4. A lot of players get to rank 3 playing IWAY only, creating a large number of rank 3+ players that are really very limited in terms if the things they can do.
5. l33t players become even more snobbish about rank, only accepting players rank 6 or above.
6. Players with less than rank 6 find it even harder getting good teams and so stick to IWAYing.
7. Tombs becomes close 50% IWAY (and maybe 20% even worse PUG builds, often with Henchies).
8. The l33t players and players who like diversity get bored with Tombs and move to GvG or stop playing pvp. The new players find Tombs very hard to get into and dull, being defeated by IWAY all the time (IWAY is hard to beat for most less experienced teams).
Is there anything anyone can do about it? Not sure. Maybe the l33t players could be more accepting towards newer players, but that is not all that likely to happen.

Iway some more
Yes I have lost to IWAY and yes I have flawlessed IWAY...that is not the point.
People are abusing iway simply because it is easy fame...just like people abused spirit spamming (those where the days). The only difference is that Anet did something about the earlier lack of skill builds and has not done anything about iway yet.
Oh, Anet, while you are nerfing iway, please do something about the chaining of edge too.
When people join my groups now (even as rank 9) I give them a trial run before allowing them into my proper groups.....when their fame is higher than both their IQ and their skill level it is a problem for any other build.

There is a huge difference between spirit spam and IWAY - spirit spam was vastly overpowered. IWAY is not.
Spirit spam needed nerfing because it was overpowered. IWAY needs no nerfing because it is not overpowered.
