Erm i think its unfair to be saying ppl are crazy to think santa is coming or where is the hat...I know Tyria isnt Earth as you rightly say but then there are many other things that are related to our world and well santa and hats is something you just expect!!!

So we have christmas presents, hats lieing around on the floor and christmas lights and you find it weird that ppl are looking for Santa??!...

What i find weird is that Anet have made Tyria wintersday so similar to our christmas but on the wrong day..(for all the new christmas present ppl to get online) and left out the best thing about Christmas IMO Santa's hat!!! Its a must...heheh....Great update though either way.

Oh and there are so many people in Dwayna vs Grenth, yelling out: "How do I get out of this?" That always cracks me up. Well atleast its' an another way to infrom people about the map travel.

It wasnt for the people that just got it was presents to get to do the events. (refering to having the event on new years instead).

1) Alot of "new" players wont even be at Lion's Arch by New years..Unless they use a fansite to jump ahead. I know When I was new, I was in presearing 2 weeks..

2) Its already been said - It was so that people will not have to login on Christmas day (alot of people have family and such)
