Yes bosses go down just as easy with that build. The only boss I've ever had trouble with was a Mesmer blessed griffon boss over in Snake Dance -- and this was b/c he kept casting Diversion or some such on me, slowing down my ability to cast my dmg spells.

Guil - for w/n's: Mark of Pain on your target so that when you hit him with a sword, it damages all the nearby monsters. Plus alot of stances like Bonetti's and Shield Stance to keep a 75% evade up. Some necro skills to steal life for your healing. Hmm another good combo once you kill something would be:

Mark of Pain your next target, then Putrid Explosion to blow up the corpse. Everything would take ALOT Of damage from that! Maybe that will get your mind juices flowing and you can make a build.

to add to Dazzler you might want to look into using a well of blood or well of power to keep either your energy or your health up.

Vigorous Spirit

Put on Live Vicariously obviously

with 10 Healing I receive +10 from vigorous spirit, and Vica

run around and when you gather all creatures, I use vigorous spirit and cyclone immed.
after that hit Bonettis, hit Glad Def, Healing signet, Zealots, cyclone, hit Bonettis, cyclone, making sure that my vigorous spirit does not falter, always hit Glad def when health getting low and hit your heal sig, works ALL the time. you can Spam watch yourself when a few have died to make it go faster.

And I dont want to hear it doesnt work cause i do It ALL the time

i have a similar build, somewhat different, with no vampiric on the axe. came up with it after about a week of playing and looking at the w/mo skills. i assure you that live vicariously is absolutely necessary, the heal from cyclone axe is too big to pass up.

finally been able to farm well now as a w/n at the griffons....cant take on too many at one go but still gives me good drops and lots a cash : )

I dunno what everyone is complaining about, I still get Gold drops every other run, however these Gold drops are not like you could sell for a lot so it doesn't matter if you get Gold items or not. Most of my Gold drops I sell it to the merchant for like 200 depends I guess. I had gained 1.5M XP since farming there thanks to this thread for the build, sad but the fact that I do it a lot but thats where I get my gold (cash) from. Kinda bored of it now though, so I am looking into UW farming. Any other builds/location beside this area?

I got a 10/10 Furious hammer and a 10/10 Sundering hammer. The bad thing about Guild wars is whenever you salvage and you want the good part, it gives you the bad part

That build is quite nice but its kinda slow for my tastes...i have my own build that kills them about 5 times faster as a W/Mo and you can use a sword hammer axe whatever...but its a very good build though i like the creativity

well i am trying now with my monk but it isnt the same anymore, cast a prot spirit, get into some griffons = dead, because -5 health every time a bunch of them hits you = you dead because of 55 health, and with my warrior, i cant take them all at the same time, and i think it affects drops beacause i noticed that the drops are better if you kill a large group at the same time ! maybe i am doing something wrong, i cast mending and live vicarously , the aggro a lot of them and cast healing hands then vigorous spirit, after that bonnetis and cyclone and i wait for hands again and than healing breeze then zealots fire or balthazars aura, but only with glad armor! but if i get hit many times i die. Do you have some good advice for monk or war.

okay guys basically after watching the vid, which was very cool i have to say, im not bragging here at all only helping...i can say i can take on and kill everything including the monk boss at the same time with health never dropping below 60% in 1 minute 90. Although i use i different setup. All i did was replace healing breeze with symbol of rath, changed my shield to a tactics which allowed me to put strength down and smiting right up. Healing breeze you suffer large amounts of dmg whilst it's casting which is why you saw his health drop right down at the beginning. My setup is:

Weapons:War axe 6-28,Dmg+15% while enchanted,3/1 vamparic,enchantments last 20% longer REQ 8, the shield is Req 8 tactics, recieve dmg -2 while enchanted.
Armour: Dragons armour with superior vigor & superior absorbtion

My smiting is on 11 meaning i do 36 fire dmg with symbol of wrath.All griffins (except bosses) die within about 30-40 seconds perhaps less.

The run....First of all i start alot differently to he does in the vid, i put both enchantments on in the beginning leaving me with 10 energy,All i do is gather everything in site including monk boss, when they start to mob you, throw on healing hands then bonettis defence, then symbol of wrath followed by live vicariuosly and zealots, then start the axe regen. by this time the rest of the griffins should be dead leaving the bosses.All id say is use healing breeze first to cover the mobbing you recieve during casting. I have expermented and i can truely say, you take more dmg while casting so healing breeze can actually be a killer. Hope this helped. (i have my video on the way but stashfile servers are down

Notice there are no sword attacks....Deadly Riposte can be replaced by Cyclone axe but i cant get hold of a good enough axe yet to use it...i think it might make a little diff to the rate at which the enimies fall. Deadly Riposte does do its job mind and adds bleeding to them..so which ever you choose, they are both powerful.

Lastly it takes a little prac to do it well and i am managing about 8 griffons at one time with a few minotours...anything more i find to difficult

I wondered why people always want to go hunt griffions.

I have soloed them a lot in the desert and outside Rankor only ever got one gold item drop and that was sub par, I did make couple K in wings and get fair amount of gold however. Because my drops were never that good it did not make since why so many wanted to hunt them. I guess some of you have much better luck than I.
