Only 13 year olds play PvE.

That is what my guild leader said he is a big PvP fan and when i start talking about PvE he doesnt says annything only that. Is this true or completely wrong i am 15 years old and i like PvE above PvP wich in my opinion sucks if you whanna play PvP do a FPS

they are made for that.
anny comments or do you think that my leader stinks

Na, some people prefer to just play games in an RPG kind of sense, like me. I don't like the fast paced combat of PvP and just prefer to just play Guild Wars as a story, have done since it was released. I've dabbled in PvP a few times but didn't find it all that much fun.

I got another question where did the hatred come from between the PvPers and PvEers? i dont like PvP people but i am not gonna kill them or annything

(ok maybe put some gasoline in their pants but thats all)

I never knew that but from what i hear they are always arguing amongst themselves. I just think they are ultra competitive.

Not to make broad sweeping generalizations here ... but it's only natural that PvP is much more competitive, that people take it more seriously and get wound-up tighter about it, and voila: you have tension between the two factions. Avid PvE'ers get mad at the PvP'ers for being too overbearing, the PvP'ers are mad at the PvE folks for being too lax. A vicious circle.

Personally, I like to do a bit of both PvE and PvP ... however I can separate myself from it enough to realize that it is just a game and is meant to be fun. So whichever is your preference, great!

because all the elitist jackasses go crazy whenever a new guy asks something about pvp, im a pvper btw and have nothing against pvers.

I'd play more PvP but It's just me, Savio and Divine Gal in our guild thus far. We're always saving Savio's ass....

I'm 34 and treat this game as a reasonably good PvE game (stupid nerfs for no reason notwithstanding) with a nice chat engine. I know many PvP only people. I don't have a problem with them at all but I must admit they do sometimes get angry when I say I have no interest in PvP at all. Which I don't really understand to be honest.

Yeah, I encountered a majority of those players when I PvP sometimes. The game is meant to be fun (as all games are) and not be taken seriously. Winning in a game is not the most important thing in life. Players who get extremely mad when they lose or extremely arrogant (jack***) when they win are.....whatever.

im 19, and I pve. i'd start looking for a new guild if i were you, if thats the attitude your leader takes about the part of the game you find most entertianing. i just began dabbling in pvp, because i finally got in a large enough guild to learn. im having fun, but i still play pve alot(im on my fifth char). i intend to improve at pvp, and eventually try tombs...but you know, i think everyone should try a little of both. there is always going to be one you like more, but your guild leader seems very closed minded...

Heh, I'm 59 (no joke) this week and I've been gaming a LONG time. PVE only for me, with my all-in-the-family guild ages 14 to 34. A couple of them PVP on the side, but my reflexes are too burned out for gang, er, guild battles.

29 here...only play PVE. I play the game to relax at the end of my work day. I dont like playing with people who are obsessed with winning, so PVP isnt for me.

Oh, and I am 13 (+ 19) if I remember correctly. I stopped counting around 13 ( +12), the last real age milestone before retirement. It's your final age related car insurance rate drop.

Hey, if I disbanded my 1 man guild, GvE, and joined yours, you would have a large enough guild to PvP, right?
