dont try IW Me/A for sure.
There is a skill in assasin line called... uhh... i forgot. But. supposely you cant miss with that enchantment on, and the stupid thing is that I missed anyway with dual attack skill without off hand first.
If that no miss skill worked, IW me/a might have some hope.
A/Me for IW are pretty bad too so far it seems. The only thing that help IW in assasin line is those dual attacks, and as skill don't work... you want to be able to use auto-dual strike as often as possible.
All in all, I believe a me/w IW + flurry still out DPS A/Me.

What about an Assassin/Ranger?
Port in throw up an evade drop traps and then end the spell and port back!
Sounds very fun to me!

I was thinking about this kind of build too! Holy crap would that ever be fun to play as! While I was playing last night I really felt like I was playing with the Assassin from Diablo 2 all over again. She was fast, dealt decent damage, and just looked to dang cool. The one thing that bothered me was that she felt a bit too good. Which makes me think that the character will only get weaker since this is not the final product. We'll see though. I have to go and try out the Ritualist now.

Did't play the assasin yet but Ritualist is kind of cool.
Just one idea I think that thos spirts should be mobile and follow the character or some thing like that.

Illusionary weapon assassin....sucks!!!! tried it. I was very dissapointed.
I was excited to try it. Burned some faction to unlock some assassin skills. Wasn't worth it. IMO
To make a good IW build you need a speed increase to your weapon attack. I only see this effective as a W or a R. I saw nothing in Assassin that would increase the speed of an attack. I could be wrong but, it also seemed to me that the "off-hand" weapon only attacked when activated by an "off-hand" or "dual" attack skill.
Other than that, I thought the Assassin had some good points. An A/R using apply poison was fun!! Can't wait until I get off of work to play around with it some more!
