My character all of a sudden got two new quests, but I have no idea how to complete them...

I have no idea where to post this, its in like 3 places...

Just report it and maybe abandon the quests until Factions comes out.

I went to EBgames a couple days ago and they claimed Factions won't come out until April 29th.
