What i love is idiots who include their Rank when trying to get a PvE group. I guess they don't realize that it's not relevant at all?

I will have to disagree with this. My point is, people need indicators. As humans and GW players who have failed missions, we like to surround ourselves with people that is either as skilled as ourselves, or even more skilled.

Now, you can't ask for experience, guild or name. This ain't good indicators. However, rank, as much as people batch on it nowadays, is an indicator of skills, teamwork and dedication. If would rather take someone without rank and hope him to be more likely to have this three qualities. Well, good luck, sometimes one will jump into nice people. But most of the times it's meh.

(Please do not start flames with IWAY arguments, it's pointless).
