i have just seen advertisings in LA international dis 1 for a New Guild Wars Hack site that was created on 4th febuary 2006 i have screenshots and id of the player advertising this site Guild Wars and Areanet condem the use of such sites i will not post the link or mention the site name. i have sent an email to areanet regarding this and in the hope gaile gray will see this post.

heres a Quote from our Aussie Wars Guild code of conduct that should be used as an example to all players on Guild Wars.

- Scamming, hacks, cheating, stealing, the purchasing of Guild Wars gold, ingame Items or accounts from sites such as Ebay or anyother online store offering these services will not be tolerated buy Aussie Wars Guild, If any member is caught scamming or using game hacks will not only be removed from Aussie Wars Guild, but will also be reported to ArenaNET. This will most likely result in an account being banned from playing.

Almost every such hack delivers a spyware payload to anyone who uses such hack utilities. They think they hacking GW, when it's really them exposing their PC's to getting hacked!

this is an old scam us veteran online rpg gamers are used to seeing.

They are phishing.....looking for people to download their keylogger which they advertise as some hack or packet sniffer, then the would-be hacker basically hands over their acct (when they type their password)

my friend (idiot) say a somebody going GO TO WWW.[CENSORED].COM FOR 40 FAME HACK!!! he did and it didnt work... big surprise he got his account jacked and all of his characters deleted (3 with fissure armor)

dont even bother with these sites
