Ele is too easy, load up on long casting AOE spells like Metor Shower, Fire Rain and flare them to death while it casts Fire Rain on you

I don't recall, struggled with monk and necro. Just did my ranger last night. put two worthless spirit spells on my skill bar, which Doppleganger proceeded to activate, the rest of my skill bar was empty.

Went up the ramp and stood above the Doppleganger. Shot him down with arrows in 48 seconds.

nah i found a much better way to exploit the doppleganger with a necro. entirely on accident too. can get 50k exp for 4 seconds of work with an unascended necro. just load up on sac skills and dark aura. run up to the doppleganger and hell start saccing. youll start saccing. and generally youll die then hell die RIGHT after. youll get the 50k but fail the mission. of course people shouldnt abuse this bug.

No screens, but I killed mine in <20 seconds, in a straight out mesmer battle.

The point of Guildwars is that skill is more vital than character setup. The doppleganger hammers home this message in its design, and its saddening that most people exploit its setup for an easy win.

I don't know what to say exactly......the comments about the necros being able to just load up on sacrifice skills and it kills itself is ...well...false. It doesnt.....even the "Awaken the blood and Verata's Aura" combo....doesn't work. Im not trying it 5-6 months ago....Im trying it now....which is really all that matters.

Backfire and Sacrifices. Poor Dopple never had a chance. Arguably the best/easiest combination to beat Dopple.

30 seconds as ranger, at lvl 10, bring 3 sprits all traps cept spike and whirling defence, let him set sprits 15 seconds total and trap that whole time. interupt his traps by bowing him, then run up use whirling and run him into traps ^_^ works every time

Put all my skill points into hammer. Took out my req 8 15-35 10/8 AP, +27 health hammer and beat him into meatsickle in 15 second.

backfire, and a lot of 1 second casting time skills that don't make sense (I did took some damage, but he took much more, 6 seconds= 5 spells he used = 5x120 damage = ^_^ shatter delusions when hes almost death ^_^

With my ranger i beat him in 4 seconds, I had Poison Arrow and Conjure Phantasum. The rest was spirits, I came in and poisioned him first, then Conjured him and he was still trying to get his first spirit up when he died.

How about longest time?

It took me a minute and a half to kill him on my Mo/W...I had Healing Breeze (Which he didn't use), Prot Spirit (Because he was doing 100 to me without it), Frenzy (Double damage with...), Retribution.

I would wand him to death and he plucked away at me. I kept up healing breeze, prot and retribution. I was only level 9 so it took me a LONG ass time to finally kill him. At the very end I would run out of energy, so prot would drop and I was dead.
