To clear things up:

If you read your Guild Wars Manual, you'll find this out easy enough

Dwayna: Heal/Prot Monks, Aeromancers
Balthazar: Smite Monks, Warriors, and Pyromancers
Melandru: Rangers and Geomancers
Grenth: Necromancers and Hydromacers (He's god of Death and Cold)
Lyssa: Mesmers (God of Beauty and Illusion, makes me think she could be connected to Assassins)

It's a new world with a new theme so ofcourse theres going to be new gods it only makes sence. Far an Ele haveing god I don't think Eles have gods unless you think of comparing them Wiccans. But i can see them worshiping a deitie of each element. Far as assassin they belive in cash and furthing thier dark arts they need not some pity god to tell them how to think nor live mauwhauwha. Any who yeah their will be new gods you can count on that.

cool Someone really read the manual, Elemetals do have a god based on their primary element they fight with.
I can see ritualists also being with Dwayna or Melandru or dual like Mhenlo he follows 2 gods.

Random thought: non-core classes each follow two gods. Assassin = Balthazar + Lyssa, ritualist = Dwayna + Grenth.
