If you look at the factions armor and think you might like them then don't. If it were me I would save the items in case. That way you can choose AFTER it is released instead of before.

I'm wondering, are you all sure that Factions armor will cost shards and ectos?
Maybe they will add more hard to farm rare materials for those new armors?
Or am I not updated enough?

I've been wondering what the new currency for high-end Factions armor would be too. I'm also in a bit of a bind......my gold is pretty much maxed out, my inventory is full of mostly greens, and I can't really do much more other than buy ectos with what I sell from farming, though I'm not really into blowing it on armor that functionally has no advantage.
I'll try to bide my time until Factions comes out and see.....not only armors but I hear there might be jewelry and new faces to sink gold into.

Hair salon would kick ass, I had to murder my lvl 20 elementalist, trash all her clothes, and sell all her belongings just because I didn't like her stupid hair....... wow that was evil, lol.

I'm holding out for Chapter 2 to see what they look like. I only just recently acquired enough for my first 15K set and don't want to blow it all on a Grotto set without at least considering Factions armor sets.
