Keep on nerfing the good things about the game.....

This is a thread where i was waiting for.
Here you can posts all the things that Anet nerfes, Mostly the things that u'd like to do.

for example: First they nerfed the "oh so popular" IWAY.

Here's what Ruïned my business:

I have a running character which i run with from Ascalon city (or beacons Perch) to the desert. I made a lot of money with it. The way to run it was running the Sanctum cay mission.
When u got to the place he summoned the boat it was easy, you just went to the top of the hill next to him and no enemy groups would attack The Vizier.
Now: Anet nerfed it, when u are on the hill or not it doesnt matter. Enemy groups will encounter the vizier from all directions which makes this almost impossible to run. However i'm not saying it's imposible to run the sanctum Cay mission if u are able to heal the vizier AND yourself big time.

Well this was the thing that Ruïned one of my biggest "Moneymakers"

I've ran it a number of times since the changes now, with no problems. So they've turned an easy run into a moderately challenging one - works for me, prices rise, those who are skilled enough to do it get the reward.

You made money from it, consider yourself thankful for that.

Try playing the game as a Necromancer or Elementalist and having almost no means of feasable solo income.

I dont know what you are complaining about to be honest.

Sanctum Cay can be done solo without even having the need to heal the Vezir.. just stand correctly. some screenies here

That was on my 2nd try after the change.. instead of leaving the pc for a few minutes while waiting for the boat to splash around, spam dolyak and signet. not much of a challenge unless you get the mesmer boss in the end which makes things a tad more difficult.

Whining about Nerfs? The only that still irks me is the Monster-AI AoE Patch. It just makes things too hectic.

IWAY is still playable if you actually think and make a tweak of it.

That was a bug so ya theres absolutely no reason to get mad at it.

I dread the day they stop Knights from being global and stacking with Rune (yes its still the same even though there is description saying non stacking...non stacking with others of the same kind but they stack together)

And I usually just run the first half of sanctum and then fight the second half :O! Wowww, 6 minutes longer to beat it nooo.... [if ya have any toa generated extra henchies, that is. If not, use your runnees as fodder for the enemies mwhaha]

It took all of three runs to get a new build. If oyu can't figure out, well, stick to running Ascalon to Piken. For tips.

o they even nerfed the droks run because lit helm is used in it well they decreased the use of it by making is 20% instead of 33% not to mention they nerfed skills for energy denial. ranger spike. well every build except for necro spike and obisian spike so now u only see those and balance so yeah. and iway is still runable cause our guild runs it every week with modded iway.

There's plenty of money to be made, and as others have said, you can still solo Sanctum. I haven't bothered with it myself, since I don't do much running.

And it's not a nerf, as has been said. The mission was fixed to work as intended. It was a bug that really should have been fixed long ago. I think what's most frustrating about these kinds of updates is that the bugs stay around for so long that everyone is used to them, then when they are fixed, people can't help but cry foul, since it almost seems it was meant to be that way.
