I get most of my bad luck in the FoW. On more than 1 occasion I have been on a run when my only shard drop/gold item for the run dropped right in the middle of a party wipeout. Its hard to take just lying there staring at it with the Return to Outpost button hovering over your corpse.

Having my little cousin decide that he needed my sup vigor and my sup healing rune from my monks fissure armor thinking he could use them for his w/mo and be a tank healer...

tried to buy a 14>50 serpent axe...got scammed for 500k...

joined a rank 500 guild, and go away for a week to see everyones been kicked.

bought a bunch of superior vigors at price reset only to realize later that rare items reset too not just runes... all the possible ectos lost...

sold 60 ectos for 8k each, then they went to 12k a week later...

I was in Droks the other night, and a guy was begging for - of all things - black dye.

According to his plea, he was out farming with henchies, and had 2 black dye drops in the same battle - but then got killed off and couldn't get them (I would have gone back after the rez!).

Not that I believe him (4 lvl 20 characters, and I've seen exactly 1 black dye drop - and he gets 2...in the same battle...in a group of henchies???), but if he actually did have 2 black dye drops in the same fight, that would be about the luckiest thing ever - and to lose them would be the unluckiest....

Ok so, I'm kind of a noob to the game, and I admit it. I bought it the day it came out, and forgot I did. Didnt open the box till about a week ago. I just got past the Frost Gate, and decided that since I had Bonetti's now, I should go farm centaurs for fun. Well, to my suprise, I found some crappy 11-13 sword with 7 req.. but with a PERFECT sundering hilt. This of course is worth 10x more money than I have, and I figured I'd salvage and take the smallllllll risk that I wouldn't get it. Well, I used expert kit and got 2 iron ingots. Oh well.

Bought a near perfect fellblade for 130k, half an hour later someone offered an even better 1 for only 14k (i bought that 1 as well)

Salvaging all kinds of rare weapons and getting planks or whatever. This happens to everyone though. But it's very annoying when u want to get a perfect mod of a weapon which is worth a lot.

Losing the battle with Glint, she had about 1 cm HP left but we all died.

I was in FoW for 1 minute and then..... error 7.

I was in UW with a team with over half of my guild, all fun and stuff, until i got stuck at the stairs, even b4 all the aatxe and grasping darknesses before the doors open were gone. Have only been in UW once since :P.

Out of seriously 100+ UW runs, I've gotten 4 ecto total. You're more unlucky, but I feel your pain.

Here's mine, I'm missing one superior necro rune, I've purchased 17 unided necro runes trying to get just that one. 14/17 were curses and the other 3 were death, not a single blood (the one that I'm missing).

im hydra farming for cash and xp, my internet lags every 5 minutes
i never get any 'good' rare items nor do i get rare greens
i have never gotten an ecto
i rarely get shard drops
accidently put a minor vigor on my 15k armour
i got more, but cant remember

Expert Salvaging my old 15k Dragon Huberk for superior absorption, and getting 3 steel ingots.

And playing in Tombs completely un-aware that the trader reset was happeneing............

sold 55 ectos to merchant (laggy in riverside hit sell one too many times)
lost 20k to someone(didnt noe we could only hold 100k)
delete monk with hod sword right before update
salvage lots of stuff ... got materials

- was doing an infusion run for some guildies...died within inches of the cutscene...TWICE...
- lost countless perfect/near perfect upgrades...10/10 sundering string, +4 insightful head, +19% skeleton bow grip...too many to count...

- was doing FoW chest runs, opened a chest while being wailed on by 6 driftwoods, 2 doubters and several ancient scales...died before i could grab the loot...a gold req8 shadow shield...
- the server err=7'ed everyone off of Thirsty River, right before my group finished it...

I bought a Max dmg gold Brute Sword for 1.5k (it had 15%dmg above 50 and either +5Armor or +7 Vs Element) I then sold it for 8k thinking I made a hell of a deal. I did not understand why the person I sold it to kept saying NO thank you. Then I had a buddy PC it and someone offered 15 Ecto immediatly and some priced it up to 100k. Oh well at least I made a profit. Live and learn.

I would say if the req was nice 300k at least.

1. Had 2 hp +30 fortitude bows, superior salvaged them and got planks. I wouldnt be mad if it only happened once, but twice in a row!

2. Created guild that had atleast 60 members, all level 20 and an officer kicked them all.

3. Accidently sold 3 black dyes to merchant, mad at myself for that one
