I don't think you need both chapters to PvP, but by not getting the chapter you are restricting what you can play in PvP.

Double Dragon had several evolutions I think.

It was an Arcade game --> Console Game --> Cartoon --> Movie.

Can't be knockdown within ward range?

BTW, each profession gets 30 new skills instead of 25. Each profession has about 40 core skills, so Factions alone players have about 70 skills for each core profession, seems pretty good balance.

Try the PvP creation screen. Look at the Locked skills at the bottom for the new skills.

Anyways if you weren't being sarcastic or anyone had a hard time guessing, my money is on anti-knockdown. Considering the vast array of knockdown options I wholly applaud this skill. Lets just hope they didn't elite it!
