Just curious, what if the majority of GW players all decided to join Kurzicks, what would the Luxon do? better question, what would Anet do to help the Luxon gain membership?

Anywayz...i was leaning towards the Kurzick until i saw those horrible pics lol...they remind me of snobbish ppl...and i hate ppl like that...

I dunno, but I always go with the things nobody else wants, like when nobody wanted to be monk when the game came out. Then while everyone else sat around for 20 minutes looking for a party, I would be invited in before I could even load the town.

I guess that puts me at luxon.

Yeah, by this rate...everyone will be kurzick, for it's anti-mainstream, meaning...it will become mainstream. This proves to be a interesting situation. Like with macs, first off they were like off way in the corner, with core enthusiasts, but then came the age of iPod, and yeah.
But for my vote, Luxon, since well, a pirate guild isn't just for the name.

If Anet's smart, the key number in the balance of Power have always been Three, not two. If there's another faction to disbalance the rivalry between Luxon and Kurzick, then we wouldn't have to worry about one of the factions being overpowered.

well i see it like this, historicly speakin kurziks are like the greek city athens (all religious and civilized) and luxons are like sparta (all nomadic and not ciivilized). so i would choose civilization over nomads thoguh sparta did win the war gainst athens. o well.

thats a really terrible analogy. sparta WAS a city. though more war-like, and not democratic, they were largely part of the same culture as athens and worshipped the same gods.

are you perhaps thinking of rome and the barbarians?
