In random arenas: "LFG" of any kind (I usually whisper these poor folks to help them out, and say "you can't group ... it's random" ... most of the time I get an "oh, thanks" but sometimes a "stfu, noob.")

(a guildie of mine, being a smartass): "Looking for group, i'm new to this Everquest game"

"Group with 3 monks looking for battery necro"

And someone way back (speak up if you're reading this!) stated that "GLF Monks" doesn't really mean "Group Looking For Monks" but "Good Luck Finding Monks," which i've believed ever since i've read that

Well when I'm on my warrior in the south shivers I often get this whole thing where some random person comes over and stares at me for a little while. Sometimes they'll sort of tweak around you looking at you from different angles. I figure they're just looking at my leetzor armor because I have it dyed nicely, but then after like a minute they'll PM and say. "can you run me to xxx?" I click on their name and they're lvl 13 or some rubbish. The silliest one was when I was standing in Ice Caves of Sorrows and some silly warrior comes up to me like this and asks me to run him to Marhan's Grotto... Ice Caves to Grotto has got to be THE most impossible run on the planet.

Absolute best ever - I was in HoH with some friends and we needed a warrior (we saw some guy spam warrior LFG, so we snatched him)- so we get this warrior and asked what his skills were
Warrior: warrior skills (DUH!)
Us: yes we figured that, but what skills out of the warrior selection are you carrying?
Warrior: *names off a BUNCH of stances*

We sat there laughing cause we didn't need a stance tank.... WHO NEEDS A STANCE TANK IN HoH!!!?!?!?!? We explained that this was NOT FoW and that if he couldn't change his skills he would have to go - he called us f*ing noobs and left the group.... AND THEN HE TRIED TO ADD HIMSELF AGAIN!

(so what is with these STANCE tanks trying to do HoH? It confuses me to no end!)

A guildie, my mate, and myself were in RoF last night and they were spamming like mad for monks.... >_> The guildie left our party and took his monk butt over to the center and started dancing lol.... It's nice to have monks (competent ones) in your guild

WTF is the big deal with blind invites, sounds like a bunch of spoiled babies whining, how dare you invite me into a group. #### me, if you dont like it, press reject,if you are getting a sore finger too bad quit, poor babies, everday I come her theres a new bitch list(not that this post was started that way, but thats what it immediatley turns into too). The GW's crowd is filled with more whiners and babies than any other gaming group Ive ever belonged too(and there have been many). Its like people feel they are owed an experience just cause they bought the game, you aint owed jack, if you think you are, well you are a dreamer . I think there needs to be a new forum started at GWG, called the Pissing and Whining posts

Many times in ToA I have seen :
" experienced TANK lfg, I am infused ". Oh yeah, maybe shadows and undeads have learned Spectral Agony recently.

To form a group for missions after Iron Mines or to go to UW/FoW, the more important thing for me is being sure you have done both attribute quests, not rank xx or FoW armor or " I have 3 millions+ xp"

The reason people don't like it is, that 99.9% of the time people you get from a blind invite (PvP or PvE) are not the brightest crayons in the box, if you catch my drift.

recently in HoH with a blood spiker group and we spam "blood spiker group looking for sb/infuse monk" simple enough right? at least 5 warrriors did a self invite.. come on lol

well being a monk (especially when not farming) (and especially when PvPing without guildies) I get spammed with random invites. I just leave it there and take a screen shot whenever i get a record number of them

the largest number of invites I got was about 9 I believe.

I PERSONALLY LOVE BIND INVITES.... I make sure to bring Vengenance and Unyielding Aura, and heals.... then I let the team die one at a time.. I don't let them die at all once they might think I'm a noob and rage quit... so OPS sooo sorry you died.... then I use Unyielding Aura on them.... most PUGS who bind invite me have NO clue whats going on... then we'll be walking with NO enemys and I just drop one... everyone is like WTF Happend? This game is soo glitched... then I use Unyielding Aura on them again, then I'll do a battle or two keep them alive with heals etc... then drop 2 at once... people go crazy when they can't figure out what the hells going on..

Anyway, my favorite lines are mine:
